The Skinny!

You’re right!  I haven’t been blogging.  Heck, I haven’t been doing anything in the way of writing.  I’m still busy unpacking, organizing, and adding to and subtracting from the never-ending “honey-do” list. 

I’ve been dabbling in some art lately and even working on a drawing for one of my favorite singer’s bands, Toe Tag.  They’ve used my artwork before on one of their CDs so we’ll see if they’ll indulge once again. 

I’ve got my pitch in the hands of a worthy publisher that I’m hoping will give my anthology a home, but if not then I’ll seriously consider self publishing.  As you may already know, I’ve got the cover concept drawn up and have chosen a cover artist.  I’m not revealing her name as of yet, but she’s amazing.  Her work has been featured in galleries across the US as well as Europe.  I’m really looking forward to what she does with my idea.  Her work is unique and attractive and is going to look fantastic as the cover.

I’ve been proofreading a book for Crystal Lake Publishing and—spoiler alert—it’s awesome!  I’ll let you know more about that in the future.
